1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the ck crickex platform and its users. By accessing the ck crickex website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Account Registration and Identity Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on ck crickex, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number and a valid email address. Registering with false or incomplete information is a direct violation of these terms.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses in them will be cancelled.
2.3 KYC Verification
Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, ck crickex has the right to verify your identity. This may require a copy of your National ID or passport, proof of current address, and documents confirming ownership of the payment method.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (all methods)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases involving KYC verification or unusual transactions.
4.4 Prohibited Transactions
ck crickex does not support cryptocurrency transactions. Depositing or withdrawing through a third party or using someone else's account is prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ck crickex offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Receiving this bonus does not mean the full amount can be withdrawn immediately.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
5.3 Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer.
- The minimum odds or bet type applicable to wagering with bonus funds will be stated separately for each offer.
- If bonus abuse or an attempt to artificially meet wagering requirements is detected, ck crickex may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once ck crickex accepts a bet, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, though exceptions may apply in special circumstances such as technical errors or event cancellations.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. For partially completed events, settlement will follow the rules set by ck crickex.
6.3 Odds Changes
Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point are considered final.
6.4 Game Results and Disputes
All game and betting results depend on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system or live sporting outcomes. If a dispute arises over a result, a complaint can be submitted to the ck crickex support team and a response will be attempted within 72 hours.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck crickex platform:
- Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system by fraudulent means
- Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software
- Colluding with others by betting against each other to gain bonus advantages (bonus hunting)
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking
- Threatening, harassing or disturbing other users
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by ck crickex
ck crickex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a violation of terms, suspicious activity or security reasons. If such a decision is made, an attempt will be made to notify the user by email.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account on their own initiative. This request must be made by contacting the support team. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.3 Balance During Suspension
If an account is closed due to a violation of terms, bonus-related funds may be cancelled. However, there is an option to appeal for the return of legitimately earned real funds (your own deposited money).
